Well, I'm back again...4th call this week..same old, same old...SKY Billing Dept of London..lol...Adam Taylor was his name.(an indian/asian accent).lol...Yep he reckons we'd overpaid £200 on SKY...He was even willing to give me his bank details if I gave mine..bahaha..I said I didn't want payment in Rupees...Another endless barrage of lies, deceit ..etc.. etc...I even said the call was being recorded and passed on to the Police, he seemed not to care....They have no conscience, they don't care..

This guy, phoned and said he was from "Sky Tech"..Very persistent indeed...Telling me I had to renew our SKY insurance..lol...We've never had any..He informed me we paid between £8 and £9 per month via Direct Debit..lol...He gave me a number to call back..lol...He wanted me to give him my bank details...I said seeing as though you are so clever, you already have them...kept him on the phone, wasted his time, like he wasted mine...I kept bombarding him with questions, he was not a happy bunny..lo

HI All, I gave them the details a couple of weeks back, i received a letter initially and then got £ 115.57 in my account; however they called me up several times to follow up. It gets quiet inconvenient to answer calls almost every alternate day. But end of the day I am happy that I got money.

I was just called by this number who informed me that we had overpaid our Sky bill and they wanted to credit our account with £200. The lady 'Maggie' wanted to confirm details. I said could she ring back as my husband was the account holder. No apparently we are joint which I know we are not. Tried to get me to confirm my bank details. Most definitely a scam. Like all others who have posted reviews I too was met with an Indian-sounding gentleman by the name of "Robin" who insisted that he was based in London and was from the Sky billing dept. - Little did he know I'm a manager at Virgin Media so I had him by the balls - I have requested a call back from his manager, apparently named "Jane" at 6pm along with a full transcript and recording of the telephone call. He gave me this contact number to return the call to the manager;

Had a call this morning from a gentleman (indian Sounding) claiming to be from Sky wantning to give me a £200 refund. When i asked for a number to call him back on as i beleived it was a scam he gave me this one. I have since called Sky and they confirm it is a Scam. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY DETAILS.

My mum had 4 calls in 3 days saying they had £200 to give back as overpaid in 2008. They had all her details but needed her bank details but when asked to send a chequer or written confirmation they refused saying it's not an option.
